The team of seven enterprise coaches are now established across the Cheshire Warrington sub-region. They are employed by local community based organisations to raise awareness and provide support for local enterprise activity.

This is achieved by:

  • Awareness raising at a local level through events and publicity
  • One-to-one or group coaching sessions
  • Strengthening links with local business support providers  and
  • Supporting clients to access appropriate business support

To date after six months of project delivery 179 clients have engaged in intensive enterprise coaching sessions. Of these, 59 have been referred for support to develop their business idea further.

The Enterprise Coaching Project is funded by the NWDA and is part of a wider Enterprise Generator Project in Cheshire and Warrington. BCT Regenesis manage the Cheshire and Warrington Enterprise Coaching Project.
